1. The color wheel:

Structure of the color wheel:

  • Primary colors: it consist of the three main color that cannot be made by mixing other colors they are red, blue , and yellow.
  • Secondary colors: It consist of colors made by mixing two primary colors :   
                    Red+ yellow = Orange

                   Blue = yellow = Green

                   Red = blue = Purple

  • Tertiary colors: It consist of color made by mixing primary and secondary color next to it on the wheel:
                 Red + Orange = Red- Orange

                 Yellow + green = Yellow - Green

                  Blue + Purple = Blue - Violet

2. Color harmony: it is the combination of different colors to be visually appealing such as analogous ( Colors next to each other), Complimentary (colors opposite to each other), Triadic(colors next to each other).

3. Color psychology: it is how color evoke emotions and mood.
